Virtual Training Plans
Looking for some assistance in your training or some extra inspiration to help you reach that PR? Then look no further! This year we're offering a brand new opportunity to help you train for the 20K. Although the training will be provided virtually, these training plans are perfect whether you're training for the in person or virtual event. We'll provide you with a plan that will safely work you up to being able to run the distance of your choice on race day. Included will be recommended daily mileage, when you should take rest days, different workouts and tips on stretching, ideas for your race strategy, and more!
